another one with registration error

for some reason, I have 1 9212L phone that constantly shows "registration error"

After I reboot the phone once or twice it is back to normal..........any ideas

found out the "fix"

all I had to do was create a rule for the firewall to allow interact to gain access & it works

is this the officesafe 8.0 version or something else?

error message says no audio, but I can record using call assistant

any ideas

did you upgrade to a new release
I am using 2.5.8.1 & it works fine with Windows 7

what about scanning & emailing them

are you sure that you have the username & password entered correctly.........my username had to be all caps
what about the server ip address

I believe this is the correct sequence
