I am also getting this message when trying to access the system "The hostname in the website’s security certificate differs from the website you are trying to visit." I assume that means the hostname is invalid under "Configuration" so what does everyone else put in that spot?

There is a newer version of 7.7 out that has a resolution for a DNS issue. Don't know if it is your particular issue but it may help to upgrade.

Windows firewall blocks Call Assistant on occasion and will cause BLFs not to show. Make sure to allow Call Assistant through.

Backlit Display Timers
I am in the process of upgrading several of our customers to 7.5 and 7.6. I have had several complaints about the backlit displays turning off. They would like a timer setting or to be able to leave the backlight on forever like it used to be. They say it is very distracting.
