Did you ever have any luck fixing the phone? Right now I have a phone that someone tripped over. The phone will not reboot, I have reset it, and done everything. It just says "initial load fail" when I plug a different phone into the previous Ethernet cable it works. Any help is appreciate...

Hello, New to the allworx phone system. Someone in the office tripped over a phone and it wont work now. When I plug it in : I get config network, starting network, and then it says initial load fail. I have rebooted the phone, and reset the factory settings. I have also done the steps below: "...
