Two remote users are getting connected and are able to hear the rings. However once they pick up
the phone calls, it went silence. Can i get some help here?

two remote users are not able to communicate
I have two remote users that are not able to communicate to one another. However, they are both able to
connect to our Corporate office. When they call one another, get they a ring but it's just on air...Can't hear anything.
