So have 2 users who got new PC's. I installed the new version of Interact and now every other day their handset conference button stops working. Reboot of handset does not help. Rebooting the PBX fixes the issue for a day then it comes back. It's just these 2 users and wasn't happening until Interac...

First off I doubt it's your switch and $350 to come out is absurd. Can you provide any information about what you are seeing when you try to access the web management ip? What is the URL you are using and what is the error?

Route call based on Caller ID

Is there anyway to route external calls based on caller id? I can do this in the Yeastar systems pretty easily. Based on caller id I want to be able to route differently internally.
