One user profile has no ALlworx shortcut - no poermissions?
W have a machine with Interact Pro 4.0.29.2023 and there are about 10 profiles on this machine and all users are able to login to windows, then login to allworx. Is there a way to remove the initial Welcome from the AA when you connect? The welcome that plays before the custom greeting?

We don't want to block calling, we want to NOT show that number/name in the list. How is this something that cannot be done?

How can I hide an extension from the handset list?
We don't want users to see a certain group of extensions that are selectable fromt the handset. So,now, I can go to the handset and anyone can find that line, we want to have it active but not be seen on the handsets address book list. How can I do this.
