Re: How to export/archive voicemails from 6x?

> IMHO it's not worth the effort to mess with that. I agree, and the customer seems okay with it. The full mailbox is almost 10 years old so they're okay just deleting those 50 messages. That doesn't leave much to go through. I like solving puzzles and figuring out the backup file would have been fu...

Re: How to export/archive voicemails from 6x?

Ah okay. That kind of makes sense. So there should be an email waiting for each voicemail and I could POP those emails from the Allworx email server. It'd be interesting to try--I wonder if it automatically creates emails for each mailbox, or if it has to be enabled. For now I have left one Allworx ...

Re: How to export/archive voicemails from 6x?

Thanks. I've seen references to attaching voicemails to emails, but I assume that works as the voicemails come in. I need to dump 60 or 80 voicemails at once. Exporting prompts isn't difficult when you get past the odd requirements that you have to click a button in the UI to put the prompts in a fo...

How to export/archive voicemails from 6x?

Customer is finally ready to retire their Allworx 6x running 7.4.19.2. Replacing with another brand. I was able to download the IVR and voicemail greeting files via FTP. Can I get the actual voicemails? Through SSH, FTP, extracting from backups, something? If not and I leave the Allworx on the LAN, ...

Re: 6x inbound okay, outbound "400 Bad Request"

Yes, I was using Wireshark to view the packet traces I captured in the Allworx. No traffic left the LAN. I left the CO lines configured in case they decided to drop Telnyx and go back to AT&T lines off the new fiber modem (which would be delivered as copper). At this point, it's working and I do...

Re: 6x inbound okay, outbound "400 Bad Request"

Telnyx confirmed they did not see outbound calls when it was giving me the 400 Bad Request. Do you see any other cause in that log?

Re: 6x inbound okay, outbound "400 Bad Request"

This whole experience was wonky. I must have restored five backups and they all had the old SIP user in there, so that's how it was configured when the backup was taken. Meanwhile Telnyx support was supposed to be confirming that they were not seeing the traffic. I haven't heard back yet, but now I ...

Re: 6x inbound okay, outbound "400 Bad Request"

Finally found it, though not sure how this got messed up. Under Outside Lines > SIP Proxy, I've set up Telnyx for direct IP connection. SIP Registration required is unchecked. Allworx still requires a User ID, even though I don't think this is used by Telnyx. The User ID was the one used previously ...

Re: 6x inbound okay, outbound "400 Bad Request"

Well I've duplicated the issue on my test system. Unfortunately, the issue is still present after restoring the oldest backup available from 9/15/2022.

Any idea what those "+++" lines in the diagnostic log mean?

Re: 6x inbound okay, outbound "400 Bad Request"

Got the test system set up. Somewhat different configuration, but successfully placed a call through Flowroute. Significantly, no "+++" messages in the diag log after the second CCB_INVITE, and then lots of traffic with Flowroute. So I'm thinking "+++" indicates some kind of faul...
