I have it working with gmail as the smtp server ,,,,maby try with gmail see if that helps not sure
SMTP Server Address smtp.gmail.com
SMTP Server Port 587
SMTP Server requires authentication yes
SMTP Server User Name (put your account in)

You have to use the message Alias,,, remember the e-mail alias must be the users name the way it is in the system then add the email address you want for members...

Just wondering It seems the biggest problem I run across on most installs is echo unless you use sip trunks,,, you guys having the same issues using pot lines

I think the spk is way more base sounding myself and do hear a difference when on the handset myself ,,, you dont find the spk much better on the 9204,,,, my only problem with the system and phones is dealing with echo seems ever install its an issue do you find the same problem

Thankyou 7.3 they have solved that problem ,,, about being stable I heard that the visal voicemail is locking up phones
