Restart every time you add route.

I would love to see some work put towards preventing so many required restarts after setting changes. You can add and remove static routes to servers and computers on the fly normally. It is very painful to have to restart every time you want to create a static route. Maybe just an interface reboot ...

Re: dtmf touch tone not transmitting

I know this is an old thread, but for anyone wanting to know the resolution. The touch tones not working is a DTMF Failure. The two settings Allworx had me confirm was that the SIP provider had rfc2833 out of band set and I had to match the RTP DTMF Payload. That setting is in the Server>Voip sectio...

Re: Q: how to properly add a static route

That setup is correct. I believe what you need to check is your sonicwall access rules. Make sure that it is allowing either any or at least the proper allworx ports between LAN>Allworx and Allworx>LAN. I also assume the unused interface is plugged into the allworx switch network? Everything works now except remote phones. I imagine it will take a static route. I am just trying to figure that one out.

Re: Need help with my setup (vlans and subnetting)

Did you figure this out? If the router can talk on both VLANs then couldnt you just create a static route on the router?

Re: Dropped calls and REGISTRATION ERROR

We have our data and phone networks on separate switches. Separate network entirely really. I wonder if it is all too much for the switches to handle. Sounds like network issue or bad pbx.

SIP setup

We are setting up new 48x with SIP trunk. I have been going through multiple sources trying to find the right answers. I am working getting in touch with allworx support direct, but figured I would try here for any helpful information. According to our ISP the SIP device is a gateway and not Proxy. ...

Re: Generate an email when a phone is called

Doom,

I am looking for a project right now that will capture the data!! Putting it into SQL is a Plus!! We will probably build a .net UI to give our supervisors the ability to view call details!!

Would I be able to get a copy of what you have developed so far? Thanks so much!!
