I spoke to my reseller (Moriah Corp) and they requested a 30-day upgrade key directly from Allworx. Upgraded to 7.4.x and all is good!

BLF flashing yellow for 1 handset
I have the receptionist's 9212 setup with 4 pfk's as BLF for 4 people in the office. For some reason, 1 BLF is constantly flashing yellow for 1 specific person. Rebooting the phones and the 6x server (7.1) has no effect. Anyone have an idea why this is happening?
