Echo problems
We're having the same issues with a TDM PRI (our new system, their old provider). We turned off side-tone, and lowered the Cisco IAD's Output Attenuation. The echo is still there. What we're trying now is changing the compression levels to see if that works. Any other thoughts? It's through cbeyond.

I have a customer who every week I have to clean out the delayed smtp notifications in their mailbox.
Is there a permanent fix while we wait for 7.3?
Also, how is allworx release engineering? Can I trust a 7.x.0 release (eg 7.3.0) being as stable as 7.3.5?

Web Update went from 7.0 to 7.1!
A customer is having site-to-site calling issues. I upgraded the customer through the web update, and it went from 7.0.5.1 to 7.1.11.2. Apparently this is Allworx's way of forcing people to buy the new 7.1.x advanced multi-site licenses. :x Also is there a way to remotely revert revert it back to 7....

If you have a DID you can use Google Voice callback with the official GV chrome extension. Also it (might) save on long distance, since it's callback.
