Re: Handset Paging on Allworx 9212L?

Are the sets all on the same network as the Allworx server? Allworx paging uses Multicast broadcaster - perhaps it is being blocked by a switch or router on your network? I had to have our network group setup some specific rules to pass the paging to remote WAN sites. Didn't have to change anything ...

Re: Remote Phone Registration Error

Do you or someone at your office have access to the Allworx 6x configuration? You would access it at http://<ip of 6x>:8080 Check the Network Configuration - I'm going to assume it is probably in LAN Host mode. Take a look at the Public IP Address setting - does it match the current Public IP addres...

Re: Remote Phone Registration Error

When you say that the office rebooted its modem, did they just turn it off and back on again? Or did they factory reset it or something more drastic like that? The first place to check would be with your office firewall, especially if nothing changed at your home. Was it the company that no longer s...

Re: Polycom IP 5000 help!

On the Allworx Handsets page, click on the Modify link beside the Generic Handset you setup. What does the Binding show now? I just put in exactly what showed up there for the Address - it had 0.0.0.0 as the IP since nothing had connected... Looking at it now, it is showing the IP address that the I...

Re: iAllworx and voicemail forwarding

Try using Allworx Reach instead. I guess you'll have to be on v7.5 for that to work.
You don't need to use a Reach license for all the same VM functionality that iAllworx has.
I haven't tested myself, but it's worth a shot if it will work for you.

Re: Block incoming phone numbers

You can control this on a per Extension basis.
Go to the users Extension that is having the problem. Add new Call Route.
You will be presented with the option of putting in your problem number and can set it to just hang up if calls are received from it.

Re: Release Notes available to end-users

Release notes are now available on the Update page - but only when an update is available. This needs to be changed so that the current release notes can always be accessed, even if there is no update available. Example - I want to go back and review the release notes again but I've already updated....
