My setup has a cordless phone. It is not an Allworx brand, but it works fine. I will try to remember to get the name & model # tomorrow @ work

Is it possible to transfer an incoming call to a cell phone? I do not want to change the particular phones presence to accomplish this. I have tried to transfer the incoming call via the transfer button & dialing the cell phone, but it does not work. Would it be possible to set up another extens...

I think there is also a setting in the extension or handset grouping that allows voicemail & emails

not sure what it is but my system works the way the OP wants

that seems to be the better way of setting up a system. there doesn't seem to be anyway to change the name except to delete the extension/handset & set it up again

were you receiving emails prior to the switch? if so, then it would have to be something with the email server address
