I'm not an installer, but it sounds to me like it could be a port forwarding issue. Check the firewall settings.

Anyone have experience with phantom digits when dialing out? I'm admittedly a fast dialer and the issue does go away if I'm slow and deliberate, but is there a way to improve the responsiveness in programming?
