Make sure that your SIP provider actually enabled Caller ID (with name) on the ported numbers. With our provider it's done per number. We've switched everyone to just get VMs via email--no listening to VMs on the phone at all. Is the WAN/Internet port on the Allworx enabled? If so, your port forwarding isn't going to do any good, because the Allworx won't know how to get back to the requesting IP.

We've had mixed luck with paging to the phones, partially because I feel paging over phones is pure evil.

The streaming data seems to be a different layout--similar, but not exact. You're my hero for the day. We've been wondering how to get CDR stored long term. I can probably take what you've shared and figure out a way to get the CDR detail both into a database, and trigger emails at that level.
