Re: Slow call Park/Transfer
Yes, especially in 7.5.5.5 and earlier. 7.5.5.5 had some specific resource/cpu saturation bugs as well. If running 7.5.5.5 specifically, it is highly recommend you update past this version. The latest version is 7.5.10.4. Specific issues to dropped calls in queues, including park orbits, were addres...

Re: event log
Hi JK: An INVITE is only sent when a call is being setup. Basically when a user picks up a phone and dials a number; it can be an internal extension or external number. It looks like the ACK is being sent for the SIP message 480 (number unavailable). Not seeing the rest of the log, it looks like a c...

Re: Ethernet PC Switch Port Link Was Lost!
Hi Zyrk:
I've had some PC NICs have issues when they're set to auto-negotiate. For a test, try forcing the PC's NIC to 100Mb or 1000Mb depending upon the capabilities of the NIC.
See if that makes any difference.

Have you made sure your DTMF payload size matches the carrier's specification?

Re: Call routing by schedule/Hot Desk appearances
Hi All: You can also nest and stack multiple schedules concurrently. I've only ever been able to get a 4-extension deep route working properly but in this case you could have a 4-extension-deep extension route and each extension being controlled by an independent schedule, giving you 8 potential rou...

Yes, that was fixed in firmware version 7.2.8.3 - only seemed to occur in some boxes...and only with certain carriers.

Re: Schedule
You can do this on firmware versions earlier than 7.5. You can "stack" schedules in call routes and can have multiple schedules operating concurrently. Simply create a schedule for the Saturday 9-12 day-mode hours, then use an interim extension between your inbound lines and the AA. Set th...
