Re: Microsoft Unified Messaging

Thank you for the reply, but I'd rather use Microsoft's Unifiied Messaging to do this. After all, I've already paid for it. So, back to my initial question: Is it possible to intigrate Allworx w/ MS Unified Messaging? If so, how?

Re: Microsoft Unified Messaging

I didn't know about the more advanced integrations, so was thinking VM. With the current configuration (PBX forwarding a copy of VM via e-mail), users are receiving two copies of each VM. One on the phone and one via e-mail. My hope was to have it so when they delete the VM it is deleted in both pla...

Advanced Routing by DID

How can a 6x system be configured to route calls by DID where a receptionist answers calls for different businesses and unanswered or afterhour calls need to go to different auto attendants? For example: For company #1 is to go the Receptionist at 101, but if she isn't at her desk it goes to auto at...

BRIA remote soft phone configuration

I'm trying to setup a bria phone on an android device as an extension on a 6x. I am able to get it to call extentions and VM, but if I call an outside line (via sip trunk), I have no audio in either direction. For example, if I call my house phone from the office system through Bria, it will ring, b...
