Re: Cordless phones on 6X

I have a HT701 but am testing it for fax purposes direct with ITSP. I might test with Allworx in the future, but don't have any info now. My plan for mobility within the office is to use Allworx Reach on an iPhone (when available). It should have the extra functions like transfer, park, etc. For off...

Re: speed dial problem

So dialing *255 is the issue one?
Is there anything different about that number?
Can you dial it manually?
Forget the 9 for an outside line?

Re: Allworx Phone loses dail tone

Is your system updated to 7.4.12.5? All the same phone model, or various? I have only noticed this happen to a 9204G I have at home with an AC Adapter hooked up - unplugging power fixes the problem. Haven't seen with any at the office on a PoE switch. There was another person on the LinkedIn Allworx...

Re: speed dial problem

Speed dials in an individual phone, or system speed dials available to everyone?
You should have 10 speeds dials per phone (0-9).
I have 1050 System speed dials available (*250-*299 & *24000-*24999)

SIP Proxy Expiry Time

Is there any way to set the Expiry Time for SIP Proxies? I use two different providers - unlimitel.ca and voip.ms unlimitel.ca proxies appear to have a 5 minute retry interval. voip.ms has a 60 minute retry interval. I was assuming this was controlled by the ITSP. Having some issues with voip.ms and...

Re: Allworx 6x 9212L support

If it's a brand new 6x, shouldn't he be eligable to get it with the latest software?
I'd recommend getting the upgrade key, but if you don't want that expense I would hope you can complain and at least get to the current 7.4.12.5 without additional charge.

Re: Remote phone Registration ERror

Have you checked for any SIP ALG settings in both routers and disabled? In your scenario I think the remote router would be the important one. Can you list all the ports you have opened? Port 123 UDP isn't listed in Allworx documentation but is needed for date/time - shouldn't affect this problem th...

Release Notes available to end-users

When there is a new Allworx software version available, end-users should be able to access the release notes from the update page.
Or they should just be made publically available on the Allworx public support resources page.

Re: 7.4.12.5 Release notes

I have PM'd kellenw the Release Notes.
Anyone know if Allworx would oppose the Release Notes being posted on this forum? They are not available to end-users at all which is crummy.

Re: dtmf touch tone not transmitting

I have only experienced problems like this when using X-Lite over a remote connection - so not really a fully supported Allworx config. On the LAN X-Lite worked fine - probably something in the settings but I haven't looked into it too close. Remote Allworx phones work for me. Sounds like it is prob...
