Re: Caller ID
That setting is for outbound calls from a user that is using the hot desk feature. It is for outbound calls when someone is hot desked in to another Allworx phone. The only way to do what you want to do would be to be on 8.2 or higher with Verge phones (unless you use some CRM/Tapi software that ca...

Re: Caller ID
What model and firmware version is your Allworx? What services are you using for calls? SIP Proxy? POTS? Both of these depend upon the provider to pass Caller ID to the Allworx correctly. Model is Allworx 48x Firmware is 7.7.19.3 We are using Sip Proxy I guess normal Caller ID isn't what I am looki...

Re: Cannot Dial Out
What version is it on? Most updates within a major version is big fixes, and if I recall there was a bug that had similar thing where it would intermittently do that. Now it did not require a reboot to fix, but in any case being on the latest version of the release you are on would be a start. So if...

Re: day and night mode
I am assuming you got it set, but some more info would be good. So what is night mode supposed to do? Call forward to an outside number? If so, then check and make sure the number is entered how you would call it from you phone (including the 9+ or 8+ to call out). Your provider may also block calls...

Re: Voicemails not being delivered to message alias address
That is 100% normal for an Allworx. It will use the domain of the system under network config for all voice mail and email functions. With that said though, it should not impact voice mail to email. If x1001 is set to go to Bob@mydomain.com then when they get a voice mail, the Allworx will do x1001@...

Re: Caller ID
It depends on what you have. Caller ID is always on by default in the Allworx for inbound calls. In-fact, you cannot turn it off (you only can if its POTS lines / analog lines). If they all call the same number inbound, then DNIS will not help. The only way to really do what you want would only work...

Re: Use intercom in NIght mode
Wshrader is right on with that. If you have not checked that yet, that would be the first thing I would do. Its possible that if a template was built with that on and then each user was added using that template then it would effect all. If you have a lot of users then you can edit the template and ...

Re: Recording calls without a PC
That would typically be done using a call record appliance such as SIP Print and then using a port mirroring feature in the PoE switch mirroring that port traffic to the recorder. As an alternate, Interact can be used as well if you have 2 VM's that you install Interact on. The PC does not have to ...

Re: Allworx Interact Pro 3.10.14.1565 crashes on startup
If using VLAN's (which having a 48X probably decent sized network and should be), can you try forcing a PC on the voice VLAN and see if its still an issue? Also, I have seen firewall / security applications update on PC's for entire networks and the update have something different that causes issues...

Re: Can not make a call with Allworx Reach app
Does it happen for all users on the system, or are you the only user? Does it happen on both WiFi and cellular? And just checking, but you are dialing a 9+ or whatever the number is for an outside line is on your system before dialing the phone night right?
