ONCOEngineer - Thanks so much for your detailed response. Our Allworx 6x does act as a firewall in NAT/Firewall with DMZ mode, and allows you to for example configure which LAN ports are exposed to the internet.... but it does not provide the option to only allow SIP traffic from specific source IP ...

We also got hit via international fraud calls via our non-allworx sip phones. These hackers are pretty savvy. The fraud experts I spoke with tell me this is a major underground industry, especially the Jamaica call scam where folks don't realize the domestic area code number used for Jamaica can inc...

Is there any way to create a second outline line, say for a special group of users, that could dial 5 instead of 9 to get an outside line...and 5 would then be associated with a different external dial group?

I would like to see this too. In addition there are a few extensions that users have asked to remain hidden from the softbutton phonebook, or website phonebook.
