Domain is the allworx IP address (it tells x-lite which ip address to allow incoming calls from, rather than trust every ip on the internet). The only option to get an email 100% of the time is to have it go to voicemail 100% of the time.
You could use netcat (I use fyodor's ncat) to capture the raw cdr log to a text file.
Then with some bash/awk/grep wizardry have it scan for new calls that contain the helpdesk number.

I've never heard that. Call your vendor about RMA'ing them. Or call allworx if they're not around/responding.
I prefer for our customers to buy 9204's because the audio chipset is better. Some customers with complain about echo with the 9212s.

You mean the disconnects have happened less? If not, try disabling music on hold for a group of handsets and see if that fixes it. What's the network topology? Switch types/models? Are these remote phones? On same switch as allworx? Are they transferring calls to remote phones or through a vpn? Have...
