Fix the Allworx Dashboard to reflect the agents within an assigned queue. to count the calls that they received directly from a client. transferred from another extension (both from another Queue agent and from a supervisor/different department), and outbound calls.
Also. a way to generate reports automatically and email them out via excel/CSV format. and/or be able to integrate it into a wiki to keep historical trends. and/or generate historical trends. such as which Week of the month is busiest. week of the year. which day and what hour is peak.
We are back! Sorry for the outage, but our previous hosting company went out of business and left us high and dry! The message board is back up and running with the most recent backup we had. Unfortunately, some stuff was lost, but the site is back with a new hosting company and ready to return as a valuable technical resource.
