Ringback tones on the Allworx

In 2011 (so in the 7.2 release and earlier) I was told by my rep that the Allworx ringback tones can be changed and Allworx will do it on request. I wasn't told how, though. My guess is that it is done similar to the voicemail greeting ftp backup and restore feature
