Shorter Queue Max Wait or login/out of Monitors

I would like to be able to reduce the minimum max wait time for a queue below 1 minute. This would allow several people to be able to optionally "monitor" a main number as the need arises, but allow them the flexibility to quickly logout so as not to hear constant ringing when they are not on call to monitor the line. For this to be workable, would need to be able to go the the transfer to auto attendant after about 4-5 rings, not after 1 minute which is far too long.

I could accomplish the same thing with a call monitor, but there is no way to turn it off with a button press during the period you don't want to monitor that line.
