All of the phones should be refreshed with gigabit ethernet ports.
Add-on modules would be great for certain functions like wifi and bluetooth headset support. Or just build that right into certain models.
Wifi I'm thinking for users that want phones setup at home - often times their home office is just wireless and cabling from router would not be possible. Can accomplish the same thing with an external wifi bridge, but that's just something else to configure...
The channels that hold the handset cord need work - the cord never stays in.
