SIP Proxy Expiry Time

Is there any way to set the Expiry Time for SIP Proxies? I use two different providers - unlimitel.ca and voip.ms
unlimitel.ca proxies appear to have a 5 minute retry interval.
voip.ms has a 60 minute retry interval.
I was assuming this was controlled by the ITSP.
Having some issues with voip.ms and they recommended lowering the "registertimeout" setting to 2 minutes. They said their default when not defined is 20, but I'm getting 60?
I don't see any settings in the Allworx Outside Lines area to control this?
