I cannot make calls with my Allworx reach app on my cell phone.
I have done the following. Uninstalled the reach app and reinstalled.
Restarted Allworx server.
I can ring the cell phone from handset in the server.
The message I get is "Call ended in error: Check number"
Can anyone help me resolve this.
We are back! Sorry for the outage, but our previous hosting company went out of business and left us high and dry! The message board is back up and running with the most recent backup we had. Unfortunately, some stuff was lost, but the site is back with a new hosting company and ready to return as a valuable technical resource. Does it happen for all users on the system, or are you the only user? Does it happen on both WiFi and cellular? And just checking, but you are dialing a 9+ or whatever the number is for an outside line is on your system before dialing the phone night right?
