Calls not getting routed

Recently our allworx system started acting up, think something in the outside lines configuration. If two calls come in simultaneous, the first call comes in fine and hits the main greeting which is fine as well, but the second line that come in just gets "Welcome" and gets disconnected. Only one call come in at a time.
