CONF button wont stop blinking after recording a call

I bring up Call Assistant to record my external calls on my Allworx 9204. It seems every time I do this the CONF blinks red and green when I hang up and the only way I have found to resolve this is to reboot the phone. Can anyone advise me on how to fix this? Thanks!
