When calling our auto attendant, we used to be able to dial #2 to hear a directory listing of the extensions. This feature has disappeared. When we press #2 now it goes to the operator. What could be wrong? Other posts in this forum suggest recording someones name, however I have done that already with many users.

What is the actual extension that the phone goes to when you hit #2?
