Phantom ringing incoming calls

I updated my Allworx 536 system to vr. 8.2.8.9 and have had this issue since.
When a call comes in the phone rings twice then stops ringing. If they try to pick up the call, nobody is on the line. When they hang up, the phone rings again instantly and the caller is now there. On the caller side, the phone never stops ringing.
Please advise, I have exhausted all other options.
