Hello,
I am new here to the forum and it looks like this is a very helpful community.
We are currently running a Allworx 6x Software Version: 8.3.5.4 and we have a license for the Allworx Interact.
I downloaded it onto my computer, it seems like this basically controls the physical phone, is that correct?
Could this software be used in place of a physical phone?

We don't use it, but I think it works in conjunction with a physical phone. I'd be interested to hear about anyone's real world usage of interact.

Yes, it "interacts" with a phone. You cannot use it without a physical phone.
