Change outside line code from 9 to something else?

Hi folks,

We have Allworx VOIP system that we use in our company and people happen to misdial 911 when trying to make outside, long distance calls. I am looking for a solution to this, we have had cops visit us

many times in the past for the misdials which I think is frustrating for both the parties.

I am wondering if it's possible to change 9 with 8 for outside line connection? or any other viable solution.

You change that in the Dial Plan.
