I called in for support last week and was told there were some positive changes coming soon.
After some googling it looks like Windstream is finally selling them off.
Has anyone else herd the same? or have further information?

Yes, Windstream filed for chapter something-or-other bankruptcy last year and this is the result. I have been told and Allworx reports officially that it's good news to have been bought. I do not know who owns them now or how far the process is, only that "first quarter" of 2021 is the timeline. I know that it has already begun.
