I thought I'd post this since it's non-obvious (well, to me at least :P ).

With release 7 of the OfficeSafe backup tool I don't see a way to restore a backup other than the newest one, (this assumes that you're doing incremental backups).

As a workaround, you have to do a full daily backup:

Under "previous backup sets retained", enter the number of full backups you want to keep. For "days since last full", enter zero.
