Allworx 6x Reboot Issues

Hello,

We have an allworx 6x phone system that works fine but randomly will start dropping all calls that are transferred or put on hold. If we reboot the server all of the issues go away for a couple of days. We are having to reboot the system every couple of days to fix these recurring issues. The log file shows the following errors in system events.

tSntpClient: SNTP: Time spread exceeded 7 seconds - time ignored!
tSntpClient: SNTP: Gave up on 'time.inscitek.net.': Will query in 1440000 ticks
tVva: RTFS: Could not open file /dev0t0/sfs/blob/00/00/00000.blb
tSip: Transfer denied by 5917
tUdpSrc: *** WARNING 10 seconds with no received audio packets. PROV-ID (1119040)***
tSipSca: handleRingingInvite SCA 5813 Leg 1133821: All 1 lines busy.
