Current version: 7.4.19.2
trying to add a cisco 7940 sip phone to the system, using generic sip.
tried different login and passwords in the login id and the password. both on the phone and in the add handset section. even tried the same user id and login id which is a 4 digit number.
every thing seems to give me a registration error, not trusted error.
Does this have something to do with the plug and play feature in the allworx system or am I missing something.
