I never would have thought to try a config export and import; hopefully someone can point you in the right direction as that would be a great way to do mass config changes.
This has been our biggest technical complaint with Allworx--all setup is done manually, one screen at a time. When we bring a new group of locations online and need to setup 50 new users, my phone admin spends a full day just clicking back and forth.
