Intercom Button Greyed Out on some Employees but not all

When using Call Assistant, Under Switchboard, when I right-click an Employee, I usually have two options: Intercom, and Dial. However; it does not give me the option for all employees. For some employees, it only gives you the option to dial. I noticed that there is a little phone icon on the right of each employees name, on the ones that will allow me to select either, and the employees with no phone icon, I can only select dial. Can anyone point me in the right direction to fix this issue? It may be a configuration problem??

I am currently running Windows 10 and Allworx Call Assistant Version 2.5.11.1
