Error Message: Could not connect to the selected handset named <first last>. Please contact your system administrator to help resolve this issue.
On multi-site system, I have one Win7 computer that is unable to connect to a handset when starting Interact Pro. I have attempted to connect to multiple accounts to which I can connect from other computers. We are using the newest version of Interact 3.050.1123 (has the white background) in conjunction with Microsoft .Net 4.6.1.
Now I ran into the problem on a second computer.
Solution: - Determined that a second computer was already logged in to the same handset. You may only have one handset (user) logged in at the same time.
