Paging stop working in a few minute after boot.

I have a allworx phone connect as shown below
Allworx 8204 <-> Dell PowerConnect 2824 <-> Ubiquiti's PowerBeam <-> Ubiquiti's PowerBeam <-> Juniper EX3000 <-> Netgear GS748Tv5 <-> Allworx 48x
The 8204 is on the same subnet as 48x.
Paging work right after I reboot the phone but then stop. I have a ALGO 8103 setup to join multicast from 48x also works right after it boots up but not after few minute. Any idea how to troubleshoot?
