Dropping Calls When Transfering

Hello, I've had allworx for about 4 years now and it's been running strong. Today, it decided to start dropping calls shortly after pressing the "transfer" or "hold" button and I can't figure out why. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I know this is quite an outdated post, but were you able to sort out your issues?
