Re: New IP for a new ISP configuration issues

I think we need some more information on this, such as what voice service are you using? If its VOIP, is it to a DNS name so it does not matter what ISP, or is it a private IP which is only reachable over the old ISP, meaning the new one it will not work with as is?

Also, what specifically do you mean by saying it doesn't work with the new IP? Like does the Allworx have internet access and just VOIP/SIP does not work? Or can the Allworx not even ping out to something like 8.8.8.8?
