ACD greeting and on-hold message

I have setup my third ACD. Instead of prompts, I need it to play a greeting and then would like for it 30 or 60 seconds later to play an on hold greeting. My problem is the on-hold greeting plays immediately after the welcome greeting. Is this poor design, or am I doing something wrong?

So you want no ringing or anything for the first 30-60 seconds after the greeting plays? If so then just change the greeting and then add in 30-60 seconds of silence in that greeting. Then just set the queue to distribute before the greeting is done being played.
