Does our Allworx System Setup Need Redone?

Hello - We have an Allworx system at my work that was originally setup through an IT Business Company. Since day one, we have had interference with the phone system and the internet (the internet will cut out). Our caller ID also hardly ever works. The IT company said to call my provider, the provider said we should have it...So that problem never got solved. Originally, I would call the IT company for support, but they have since gone out of business. There are also other issues and my manager wants to keep the phones but get a new system. Is this wise? Any suggestions on a company that could assist us with our problems?
