External Line forward not disconnecting

I am hoping for some help with an Allworx 6x server, 8.4.6.3 with Sip trunk from VoicePulse Five. Just configured the system and everything seems to be stable but have found an issue. Forwarding an extension after 3 rings to an external number. Call forwards correctly and voice traffic is happening but when hung up from either of the endpoints connected outside of the system the call is left in place on system. I am guessing I missed something but hoping for some guidance on if it is on the Allworx side or the ITSP side. Thanks for anything.
