Incoming calls

Currently our incoming calls ring on every handset but are answered by a select few in our call center. I have setup direct dial lines for users that do not need to be answering the generic incoming line, but how do I keep the generic incoming line(s) from ringing at those handsets that dont need to answer them?

Appreciate any help.

Check all your call routes, starting with Outside Lines and remove anything you don't want to ring.
