Customer can hear VM's but cannot delete them

Small install cannot delete messages after listening. So, did the reports and for that VM deleted all messages. Prior no one could leave a message because of storage size.

Set to 50 messages and 60 minutes --- called in and was able to leave a message. Then before I got back to the office ----"we can not delete your VM or the other ones since you called."

Am I missing something? Installed in March of 2019 and no VM issues until now.

This is not enough information to help. You will need to reproduce the problemm or be able to explain exactly what they mean. Are they even trying to delete the VMs? How? What happens when they try?

What version of firmware and what model server and phone?
