Hi,
We have User Message Aliases set up on our AllWorx appliance and it is working well. Users are receiving emails that contain the voicemail in .wav file format.
I have the "Keep copy on server" option set for all users but the emails are not being saved. This is true for all users.
Has anyone encountered this issue and if so, what is the fix?

Is the system storage full? Do you see any relevant events in the system log?
