Voice Mail does not show on the phone display.

one of our 9112 allworx phones don't display user's voice mails on the LCD display of the phone and messages button does not light up red when there are new messages .. please help

Are you able to hear the voicemail when you try and manually check it?

Allworx answer for that is that it might be corrupt. Delete and recreate the handset.
